i woof all of ya!!... (anti-animal-abuse!!)
Today I went to a pet farm… it is actually not a farm.. its more of like a shelter for a abandon animals… such as dogs and cats…. Yeah… I was so excited, as I really wanna touch dogs and be around them….before I went, leo already warned me that the dogs are big. Big as in when they stand, they can be up to my shoulder…. That is pretty big n scary rite… hehehehe… anyway… I still wanna go, and hanafie was dying to play with the cats too…
So we shared a cab and went there….me, leo, and hana.. All of us were excited… and this was my 1st time going there… hehe… then, when we reached, we saw many places like pet hotel, pet movers, pet shops, and they were big spaces…. Not those small squashy place…
There were rows of cages with a path in the middle, but it was not an open path, it is inside the cage too… there were doors, linking the path to the cages for the dogs and cats or to get to the outside.. we walked through the path and passed the dog section and it kinda freaked me, becoz all of the dogs barked angrily… so scary!!!
Then we quickly walked to the cat’s section… I was thinking of abandoning the idea of visiting the dogs… coz all of them are sooo big and fierce….
When we were in the cat’s place… ok… it wasn’t so big, but it was a narrow path with cages besides it… the path was in the middle and u can walked all the way to the end… with cages of cats at the sides.. some of the cages are open and the cats are all around… it is really like a cat’s jungle where the cats are all around the place. Big, small, old, young, stripes, ginger, grey, black, scary, cute, innocent, cunning cats are all around… and they kept mewing around… I never been so close with so many cats and touch them… I don’t really like cats actually…. But they are cute!! I was wearing mini skirt ( big mistake) and flip flop sandals… this makes the cats to keep following my legs… ( some were looking at my feet and followed me.. I scared it will scratch my feet..lolz..) then some were just being manja and leaned on my feet… and it was really shocking… coz, when I was playing with the white ones, then suddenly, some fur were brushing my legs… I was taken aback a few times… hehe… the two guys were wearing long jeans and shoes… so they were luckier… dam guys… hana was so happie and excited, although he was also freaked out a few times, haha… and he liked some of the cats… I like some of them too… the grey ones and the ginger colour…. Cutez!! Then, there is this cage… at the end of the path, where it was filled with like 20 or 30 cats inside… the cage was full and some of the cats were even hanging on the bars… I don’t know y they were there, but It freaked us out.. coz they mew-ed all at the same time…. Yeah… like cat’s kingdom man…
Next, we went to the dog’s section… I like it there… ok… I was scared and shocked at first, coz all the dogs are big types… those like golden retriever size… I like big dogs, but when 10 of them came to u, I just feel small and scared.
I was walking this path, when this brown handsome boxer came and stopped. I petted him and he was so cute… he licked my fingers and seemed to like me.. I was a few distance away from the 2 boys, and I called hana to see this boxer.. (I dunno wad he called, wanna name him leh… coz he is so cute… maybe trav trav?? hehe).. aniwei, yeah, when hana came close, n wanna c trav, he was barking and kinda freaked hana away… hehe… I bet hana was cursing inside, coz he was really freaked out… hehe…
Then, it was the time for me to go inside n see the dog… manz… when I first enter with leo, it was ok… the dog came to us and we were so happy with every dogs… then suddenly…. I felt like we were surrounded by big dogs and some of them jumped to me… I think 3 of them… one at the back, one at the front and 1 beside I think…
That is when I freaked out… they were so big!!! Their legs are up to my boobs man… n I quickly asked for help and when they went for leo, I quickly went out… gosh!!
But staying at the path and looking at them was not fun… coz some of the dogs came over and I could nt touch them…. The gap was too narrow…. So, after a while, I decided to go in again… but this time, leo will kinda stay beside me and help me out… so we held hands and walked together and played with the dogs… it was fun!! They are so adorable!!! I have some of my favourites…
Then, we went to the place for the smaller dogs… they were kept separate, becoz the big dogs will bully them… they were cute!! Except for 1!! So notti!!! He called cheecky… and he was so fierce… when I steeped into the room, they warned me not to touch him… n he was growling and barking… then the owner of this place, Katie, told him dat I am friends and they asked me to call his name… then he went around me and sniff sniff…. I was so scared he will bite my feet…. Then I played with some other dogs…there is this dog called daisy… she has curly golden fur with small eyes… she is fat!! N cute… but I guess she is old, coz when I played with her, she don’t really jump about… and when I was with her, suddenly a black dog appeared besides me and almost kissed my face… hehehe… but he was cute… have soft fur too… and cheecky was fine already… but he was scary… suddenly he was biting the mop…. It was those kind of scary growl n the owner scream at him to stop him… gosh!! Petty dog…. So small but scarry….
Then, we went to the next room, it was for big dogs and some kittens were in the cage … some small dogs were there too… the dogs were so adorable….
They followed and played with us… so lovely manz…. I feel like bringing all of them home…. ;p
Then we went to some of the pet shops and played with some puppies… there is this Chihuahua puppy.. n it is soooo small and beautiful…. I like the schnauzer baby too and some terrier pups… cute!! There was this big golden retriever… it was so smart!! It went back to its cage after being told to…
Today’s trip to the pet farm was so fun and excited…. I really want to go there again… although these animals are abandon, they were lovely and beautiful…. There is this Dalmatian which were abandon by the owner… it was abused badly…it is blind, and the fur was yellowish… and of all the time, it don’t move about, he just sit at one place, and kept barking…. And the barking sounds so sad… like lonely and scared kind.. the volunteer told us dat he was protecting himself, becoz he dun know wad is going on around him… and thank God.. other dogs don’t disturb him…. Seeing and hearing his bark (spotty), we were very sad and angry to the owner… how can he do this to a dog man…. It wasn’t born blind somemore… dam dat person sia… some of the big dogs that were abandon were also still young… 1 was onli 4 or 6 months… and some old dogs, like 10 years old were abandon also… I don’t know what these people were thinking when they wanted to have a pet…. It is dam unfair and cruel….
But, it really amazed and touched me, as there are people who care enough to take care of them and share love with them… there is this volunteer , I think he is nut nut… he says he came 3 times a week to do some volunteer work n have fun with the dogs… and he wasn’t jobless or poor…n he was telling us that the animals are beautiful and friendly…
We heard from leo, that maybe they will close this place, if there is no sufficient fund.. we were so sad and wonder where these animals will go… because there were lots of them… then we tot of helping (if this really going to happen lar) .. maybe we will do some raising fund event or charity kind… yeah… hopefully against animal abuse will be promoted…
I definitely want to go back to the farm becoz I feel so happy and comfortable when the animals are surrounding me and we thought of bringing some food along for them..
Hehe… although some of them successfully leave a red mark on my hands (they scratched), but it is really a wonderful trip….

“Trav” – I don’t know his actual name… but he is nice boxer, handsome and cool dog.. although he may be a little fierce and jealous of other dogs ;p.
Happy – I don’t know his breed.. I saw him before… tml I will check my dog book and update.. hehe… he was at the cat’s section… and this dog is a supper dam friendly dog….
Daisy – this is a dog with curly fur… she got small eyes and is so chubby!! Very adorable.
Bambi – is a cocker spaniel… she is very beautiful and cute…
a black dog – I will check his breed… he is sooo manja… he followed me around and stayed close with me.
a black dog – same with the above dog.
a white dog – I think this mutt like leo a lot.. coz it kept clinging to leo and it is very friendly… among the rest, he was known as the friendliest
Twin dogs” – they are brothers n they are very beautiful… they are sheepdog with brown n black fur… my friend’s fav!
lucky – this quiet dog with silky black fur has found someone who will take care of him… he will be going to USA!!! Really lucky dog!! ;p will mizz u lucky!!
a big but short dog – he looks funny and odd one out.. but his innocence won everyone’s interest.
2 fat jack russels – they look a little out of shape, coz they are fat… but they are so adorable!!
spotty – he is so lonely and scared of others… poor dog…
the crazy dog – cheecky… he is beautiful, but he is soooooooo petty n fierce!!
There were soo many dogs around… I cant remember which one I like and was following around.. hehhe… next time I go, I tot of taking pics with them… ;p hehhe,.. if it is allowed….
